The plain-language agreement for using Screenshot Studio.

Agreement
By downloading or using Screenshot Studio ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Screenshot Studio is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
Your content
You keep all rights to the screenshots, images, logos, text, and other materials you import or create ("your content"), and to the screenshots you export. We claim no ownership over any of it. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any content you use.
Acceptable use
Except as permitted by applicable law or the App Store terms, you agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
Intellectual property
The app and its design, code, templates, and branding are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that assets it exports will always be accepted by a given store — store requirements can change at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Purchases & refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies; please contact Apple directly for any purchase or refund request.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
