About these terms

These terms apply to SocialMediaPip ("SMP"), a tool made and operated by UniChat Games (Ilhan Akbudak, sole proprietor), Türkiye ("we", "us"), and to this website, studio.unichat.dev. By using SMP or connecting an account to it, you accept these terms.

Who may use it

SMP is an internal tool. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the public. Only members of UniChat Games whom we authorise may use it, and only to manage accounts that UniChat Games owns or is authorised to manage. Staff sign in to the web app (app.studio.unichat.dev) with their own Google account and must not share their session or let anyone else use it.

Platform terms

SMP works through the official APIs of the platforms below. Using its features for a platform means you also agree to that platform's terms:

If these terms and a platform's terms conflict, the platform's terms win for that platform.

Acceptable use

When using SMP, you must:

  • connect and publish only to accounts UniChat Games owns or is authorised to manage;
  • publish only content we own or have a licence for: footage of our own games, our own artwork, and music whose licence covers the platform;
  • write titles, captions and comments that are accurate and not misleading, and follow each platform's community guidelines and spam policies;
  • respect each platform's rate limits and never try to get around a platform's restrictions;
  • connect platform accounts only through SMP's Settings → Connections, and never copy sign-in tokens into files, messages or other tools.

Content and rights

Our games, their footage, artwork and characters, and SMP itself belong to UniChat Games. Music in our videos is used under the licence of its source, which is recorded for every track. YouTube, Instagram and TikTok and their logos are trademarks of their owners; SMP is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

Privacy

Availability

SMP depends on the platforms' APIs, which can change, limit or stop. A post may therefore go out late or not at all; in that case it can always be posted by hand.

No warranty

SMP and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of SMP or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

We can end anyone's access to SMP at any time, for example when they leave the studio. Any connected account can be disconnected at any time by revoking access (see Revoking access); we then delete what we hold for it within 7 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
